Co-Ordination Section

• Receiving of all RTI applications as Nodal of DGE from Main Secretariat (L&E) and other ministries/departments.
• Transferring of RTI application to concerned CPIO/Appellate Authorities and other public authorities.
• Dealing of RTI online portal.
• Receiving all type office memorandums/circulars and after receiving, its circulation to concerned sections and field institutes.
• Compilation of all types’ information and forwarding it to Main Secretariat (L&E) and other ministries.
• Dealing and updating of LIMBS online portal.
• Online collection of data on representation of SCs, STs, OBCs & Persons with Disabilities (PWD) in the Central Government Services and updating of rrcps.nic.in online Portal.
• Action Taken by Ministries/ Departments towards filling up of vacant posts-monitoring of progress in “Vacancy Monitoring Module” under e-Samiksha portal.
