Items of Work Allocated

  1. Receiving of all Public Grievances related to the DGE, Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on CPGRAMS Portal and in Offline mode (Physically).
  2. Checking and Forwarding these grievances to the concerned Section/Office/organization etc. for redress & disposal.
  3. Coordination work on Public Grievances.
  4. Other related matters on Public grievances.
  5. Incidental works related to Grievance Redressal in respect of the Ministry.
  6. Any other matter or work related to Public Grievances as assigned by competent authority/ senior officers from time to time.
