• Complaints on assistance or on functioning of Employment Exchanges in various States/Union Territories
• Employment Exchange Procedure.
• Release of Employment Exchange Minutes.
• Providing inputs/information to various sections on demand relating to Employment Exchange Procedure and related ILO conventions
• RTI Applications/Court Cases/VIP references/Parliament Questions on the above mentioned subject.
• Updating List of Directors/Commissioners of Employment /Employment Exchanges in States/UTs.
• Correspondence with State Governments/UT Administrations for consultation in policy matters and replies to their queries/doubts.
