Further, job opportunities for Middle School, High School, and Senior Secondary School and ITI pass job seekers have also been analysed and explained in this report. Similarly space has been added on vacancies by Staff Selection Commission.

Demand and Supply has been analysed by adding employment through various employment generation schemes run by Govt. of India through various Ministries/Departments. Even though job opportunities in private sector are partially covered, the compilation does not reflect total picture of available employment. However, factual information provides useful insights on employment opportunities available in various sectors and sub-sectors of economy across the country.

The data for the Bulletin on Job-Opportunities in India is usually collected from following resources:

(i)All employment Exchanges, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), All State Public Service Commissions (PSCs), Railway Recruitment Boards, Union Grants Commission, Indian Council of Scientific Agricultural Research, Universities, Important Institutes, Ministries etc.

(iii)Annual Reports of Ministries/Departments/Organisations and Websites etc.

This publication would be great help to Job-Seekers, Vocational Guidance Officers, Employment Officers, Counsellors, Service Personnel and others who are engaged in the counselling under vocational fields.
