(e.g. Recruitment, appointment, promotion/transfer, Seniority, fixation of pay, grant of regular leave, maintenance of service books, pension and gratuity, forwarding of applications for higher posts and other matters, review at 50/55 years of age, probation, confirmation, maintenance of rosters, MACP, LTC matters, RTI matters, VIP references, Court cases, Replying Audit paras etc.)
  • Framing of Recruitment Rules for non-gazetted posts at Directorate General of Employment (Hqrs.) and their modification
  • Maintenance of C.R. dossiers for non-gazetted posts of at Directorate General of Employment (Hqrs.)
  • Issue of Identity Cards, temporary passes, CGHS Cards, Pensioners Identity Cards for non-gazetted posts of at Directorate General of Employment (Hqrs.)
  • Outsourcing of manpower (DEO/Steno/Housekeeping staff) through GeM
